Training

Training is included in the sale price or lease cost of most hovercraft on this site. Training on Vanair Hovercraft is provided at Kenora, Ontario, Canada, while training on Hovertechnics hovercraft is provided at the dealer's location. For Commercial Operation training can be provided to prepare for the Canadian Coast Guard Certification. Training at a client's base can be arranged on mutually agreed terms between the client and the selling dealer for recovery of travel and living expenses.

Leasing and Lease Purchase

An option to lease hovercraft is available to companies and some individuals, based on normal commercial lending criteria. Canwest Hovercraft will assist buyers of commercial and utility hovercraft with that process. Credit applications are submitted to the Lease Company for approval. 

Financial Assistance

Available on request for the purchase of a Vanair Hovercraft for Personal or Commercial use. Credit applications are submitted to the Bank of choice for approval.

Insurance

Canwest Hovercraft will assist its commercial and utility hovercraft clients with referrals for their Property Loss and Liability Coverage insurance. Clients buying recreational or personal use hovercraft should seek coverage for their home insurance carrier.
